You could download GTA2 and play it. It is now freeware (just as in free beer, not as in free speech).
well, other than grand theft auto, and saints row, and crackdown a little bit, there isn’t much else. The point of those games is to kill innocent people senselessly. Online wouldn’t work for those games. Seeing who can kill the most civilians would be stupid, and noone would want to be a civilian in multiplayer. And if you are looking for one to find online, you won’t have much luck. Most of those games require good graphics and won’t be for free.
