The higher you get on the corporate ladder, the more you need to know and the more you realize how little you really know!
To see how the lessons are taught and to also see which student shows the most enthusiasm in learning. He can see a lot of the potential of that individual by seeing his responses and questions he might ask of the teacher. He might just act like he is taking part but in reality just looking at others. If he does that he is a very intelligent man.
