RuneScape would be the best. It is free, although with limited access in the game. However, compared to other RPGs it’s a great deal for no price
You can play with all your friends and you can pretty much do anything. You don’t need to download anything, it’s all online.
It rather depends on what kind of game you want. If you don’t mind downloading games, then MapleStory is a pretty good game. If you get on, add me “shadowfan777″ as a friend. Also, FLYFF is also a good game I hear. If you want a browser based game, then choose games like Runescape.

i would suggest a game called Fiesta online its a brand-new MMORPG, so it might have some bugs, but its one of the best games ive ever played (anime-style, like flyff and not like silkroad and SOTNW)
it has an awesome alchemy system, world maps okay, graphics good, okay transportation and its still developing, since its only a few monthes old
