Rather than doing the hard work of finding Myspace URL’s 1 by 1 and manually adding them only to hope that they accept. The most efficient way possible to get Mafia Wars adds is to use the Mafia Wars adds Train on MafiaWarStrategy.com
I have received all 500 of my needed mafia members in less than a week just from using their free service. I will post the link below but basically just goto and click on Mafia Adds

If you have the app. already added then go to your game apps. there you will see “about/settings” click on the about and it takes you to the forum and at the bottom you can click the view topics and then add a reply in the add’s…then it will let you review your comment then post! Then be ready to have tons of people sending you add request!! Or you can add people from that spot!! Have fun!! Hope this hepls!!

well if no one of yur friends want to play then you cant, or jus add random ppl and ask them haha
